Michele Sereda, theartistic director of Curtain Razors, is a well-known actor, performance artist, director, and instructor. Her freelance work traverses the worlds of theatre, movement, and visual art. Although based in Regina, Saskatchewan Michele has performed provincially, nationally, and internationally and is Saskatchewan’s theatre representative for Performance Creation Canada. Recently, Michele was a recipient of the 2008 Educational for Sustainable Development award. This award is part of the United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (2005 - 2014.) In 2009 she was nominated for the Innovation of the Arts at the Mayor Arts and Business Awards.
